Who in Frisco or McKinney connects QuickBooks to other business systems?
Hypora Group, led by Steven Bagley, connects QuickBooks Online to Monday.com, Microsoft 365, Excel, Clio, Power BI, and industry-specific ERP systems built on SQL databases for small and mid-sized businesses across Dallas, Collin, and Denton counties, working from an office in Frisco, Texas.
We serve Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, The Colony, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Denton, Richardson, Carrollton, Irving, Dallas, and the rest of North Texas. The usual starting point is a Systems Checkup, a fixed-price, two-week review of how your systems and reports work together.
What does a Systems Checkup cost?
The Systems Checkup costs $2,000, takes two weeks, and ends with a written findings report. The price is fixed. There are no hourly add-ons and no obligation to buy anything after.
What happens during the Checkup?
The Checkup has four steps, in order:
- Kickoff call. We learn how the business runs, what reports you rely on, and where the frustration is.
- Read-only review. Steven looks at your current systems and reports with view-only access. Nothing gets changed.
- Stakeholder conversations. Up to three 30-minute conversations with key personnel, such as the owner, the office manager, or whoever builds the reports today.
- Findings walkthrough. We walk through the report together and answer questions.
What's in the findings report?
The report covers three areas, built on Hypora's framework:
- Cost Controlled. What the gaps cost the business. With your permission, this includes a cursory cost analysis using your own numbers.
- Complexity Simplified. Where your systems don't connect, where handoffs add risk, where data gets typed twice, and where reports go stale.
- Vision Unlocked. What to fix first, and what becomes possible once it's fixed.
The Checkup reviews systems and reporting. It does not audit or certify financial statements.
Who is this for?
The Checkup is for North Texas businesses with roughly 10 to 100 employees and up to about $50 million in revenue that run on mainstream tools like QuickBooks Online, Monday.com, and Microsoft 365, or on an industry-specific ERP system built on a SQL database.
Signs you need it: month-end takes too long, the same numbers live in three spreadsheets, nobody trusts the reports, or you're paying for software your team works around, or you'd just like the peace of mind of a checkup. It's not a fit if you need an IT help desk or work in healthcare or financial services.
Which systems do you work with?
Hypora works with QuickBooks Online, Monday.com, Microsoft 365, Excel, Clio, and Power BI, along with industry-specific ERP systems built on SQL databases. Those are the most common, not the full list. Most systems with a database or an API can be connected.
Your existing tools stay your system of record. Hypora fills the reporting and visibility gaps between them, often with a custom dashboard or a bridge that keeps data moving between systems automatically.
Who is Steven Bagley?
Steven Bagley is the founder of Hypora Group and has more than 20 years of operations experience. He helped scale a company from about $2 million to $50 million in revenue through multiple system migrations and six acquisitions. He holds an MBA in Finance and PMP, PSM, and PSPO certifications, and he has worked in both cash-basis and accrual accounting.
What happens after the Checkup?
If the findings point to work worth doing, Hypora can quote a project, a build-out, or ongoing maintenance. That step is optional. Many owners use the report to fix things in-house.
